Prime Lenses pitch - Gear chat with a twist

On Christmas Eve 2023 I had a dream and awoke on Christmas morning with an idea.

In the dream Jason Momoa was showing me his collection of Leicas and talking about his favourite lenses so I decided that should be a thing. A series of video podcast style interviews where photographers discuss their favourite three lenses while we look at images they’ve made.

Maybe they’re lenses they still use, maybe they’re ones they let get away and regret losing or maybe they were attached to particular cameras. Doesn’t matter, I want to explore their stories, inspire viewers and hopefully have some wonderful conversations about creativity and gear from a perspective that’s led more by heart than head.

A fresh take on gear that isn’t about value, performance graphs or perfection. It’s about what this part of your photographic arsenal meant to you.
